• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering/EEE/Supply Chain Management .

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Power

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in:

• Import operation and Shipping/logistics (air and sea)

• LC handling and trade documentation

• Dealing with CNF agents and customs, familiarity with IRC, HS Codes, and customs clearance

• Understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.) and international shipping practices.

• Understanding of Bangladesh Customs, port authority procedures, and regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, and email communication.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely shipment via sea and air.

• Negotiate cost, Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF), payment terms (LC/TT), and lead times.

• Assist in preparing and processing of all required import documentation including PI, LC, Packing List, Insurance, HS codes, IRC compliance, and customs-related paperwork.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, CNF agents, and shipping lines to track shipments and ensure smooth logistics and customs clearance.

• Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, local banks, and internal departments (procurement, accounts, warehouse) for seamless commercial operations.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and LC status, and generate regular reports for management and audit purposes.

• Assist in vendor communication and follow-up for order confirmation and shipment updates
