∎ In-depth knowledge of the Medical Equipment and Medical Gas Pipeline Systems.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices(Air Plant, Vacuum Plant) in operation.
∎ Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts of Medical Equipment and Medical Gas Pipeline Systems.
∎ Determines changes in parts requirements by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
∎ Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
∎ Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ To provide instruction to associate staffs.
∎ Ability to understand building diagrams and technical manuals
