∎ Minimum 2 years of professional counselling
∎ The applicant must have experience in Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
∎ Experience with counselling principles, techniques, and practices
∎ Excellent active listening and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a study abroad counsellor, your responsibility would be to collect and organize information about different study abroad programs, universities, and countries.
∎ You will provide one to one support to assist students to identify their academic and personal goals, evaluate study abroad options, and choose the most appropriate program, and destination based on their academic background.
∎ You will keep track of admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa requirements, and other relevant supports.
∎ You will help the students to create/gather required documents and apply for admission within the deadline.
∎ You will take appointment and prepare students for visa interview in relevant embassy.
∎ You will provide pre departure briefing to make aware of culture, weather, environment etc.
∎ We are looking for dedicated, compassionate student counsellors to join at Crystal Global Study. You will provide a high-quality counselling service to students who wish to study in abroad.
