Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate student counselors to join us at Crystal Global Study. You will provide a high-quality counseling service to students who wish to study abroad.

As a study abroad counsellor, your responsibility would be to collect and organize information about different study abroad programs, universities, and countries.

• You will provide one-to-one support to assist students to identify their academic and personal goals, evaluate study abroad options, and choose the most appropriate program and destination based on their academic background.
• You will keep track of admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa requirements, and other relevant supports.
• You will help the students to create/gather required documents and apply for admission within the deadline.
• You will make appointments and prepare students for visa interview in relevant embassy.
• You will provide pre-departure briefing to make aware of culture, weather, environment etc.
