Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound client calls or queries
∎ Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
∎ Maintain client records and update details as needed
∎ Collaboration with colleagues and addressing client concerns
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and strive to improve delivered service
∎ We seek a dedicated, compassionate Junior Executive for our call centre at Crystal Global Study-CGS. You will provide high-quality customer service to students who wish to study abroad.
