• Age At most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:

• Advising & Counsel prospective students on study options, courses, universities, and countries.

• Provide accurate advice on entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.

• Responsibilities of achieving the students file open on a target basis.

• Assist students with applications, SOPs, CVs, and supporting documents.

• Maintain communication with the respective Stakeholders.

• Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.

• Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.

• Maintain records of the student`s documentation.

• Train the applicants for visa interview.

• Update the daily processing work activities.

• Assist team members in getting the processing job done.

• Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and virtual events

• Promote partner institutions through presentations and social media

• Prepare Daily and monthly reports

• Other duties as assigned.
