  • China Background Preferred: Prior experience in China student counseling or having studied in China is a plus, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.

  • Strong Counseling Skills: Must be efficient in handling inquiries, guiding students, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

Responsibilities & Context:

Outbound Calling & Client Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians to promote study abroad opportunities.

  • Convince potential clients to visit the office for a consultation and initiate the application process.

  • Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.

  • Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and client interactions in the CRM.

  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to call volume, office visits, and file openings.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

  • Handle initial inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat to provide accurate information about study abroad programs.

  • Identify potential students` needs and match them with suitable study destinations and institutions.

  • Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to nurture leads and ensure higher conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align calling strategies with campaign leads.

Consultation Scheduling & Office Visit Coordination

  • Schedule in-person or virtual consultations with higher-level enrollment specialists.

  • Ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to consultation to application.

  • Provide pre-visit guidance and necessary documentation requirements to potential clients.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update and maintain lead data, call logs, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.

  • Track conversion rates and prepare reports for management.

  • Assist in improving CRM workflows for efficient lead tracking and engagement.

Document Collection & Application Assistance

  • Guide students on necessary documents for application and visa processing.

  • Ensure timely submission of required materials to streamline the enrollment process.

Customer Support & Query Resolution

  • Address common student concerns related to courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processing.

  • Provide support via email, phone, and chat to ensure a positive experience for potential students.
