∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communication skills, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, English (Language), Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Counseling, Education, Education Counseling, International counselling, Student Counseling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone and face to face about the admission procedure of foreign universities.(USA, Canada , Uk , Australia etc )
∎ Creating and Managing students, maintain visitors Databases, and regular follow-up with them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face.
∎ Participate in Education fairs or Seminars with prospective students regarding our Promotions and services.
∎ Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
∎ Provide administrative support to the Visa Office.
∎ Assess applications for migration and/or temporary entry to accordance with immigration law and policy.
∎ Undertake case-related investigation, including site visits. Prepare clear and logical reports for visa application
∎ To provide guidance to students with visa applications via email and individual meetings, including checking of the final application prior to submission
∎ Working closely with staff across the College on matters related to supporting students throughout the lifecycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
