Responsibilities & Context:
- Student Counseling: Advise students on study options, courses, scholarships, and career pathways; assist with SOPs, LORs, and financial documentation; conduct pre-departure briefings.
- Application Processing: Support in preparing and submitting university applications, tracking progress, and liaising with institutions.
- Visa Guidance: Educate on visa requirements, GTE, and financial documents; prepare students for visa interviews.
- Relationship Management: Maintain communication with students, parents, universities, and agents.
- Marketing & Outreach: Participate in fairs, seminars, and events; support promotional content creation.
- Documentation & CRM: Maintain accurate records, update statuses, and generate reports.
- Compliance: Stay updated on policies, admission requirements, and visa rules.
- Team Coordination: Work with senior counselors and staff to ensure service quality.
- Professional Development: Attend training and stay informed about global education trends.
