The Student Counselor will play a vital role in promoting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students, helping them navigate challenges, develop essential life skills, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to develop and implement student support plans.

  • Design and deliver workshops and programs on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, career guidance, and healthy relationships.

  • Serve as a resource for students, parents, and staff on mental health and well-being issues.

  • Maintain confidential student records in accordance with ethical guidelines and school policies.

  • Refer students and families to external resources when necessary.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.

  • Stay updated with best practices in school counseling and child psychology.
