Experience:

The Student Counselor will play a vital role in promoting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students, helping them navigate challenges, develop essential life skills, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to develop and implement student support plans.
Design and deliver workshops and programs on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, career guidance, and healthy relationships.
Serve as a resource for students, parents, and staff on mental health and well-being issues.
Maintain confidential student records in accordance with ethical guidelines and school policies.
Refer students and families to external resources when necessary.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Stay updated with best practices in school counseling and child psychology.
