• At least 7 peer-reviewed journal publications (at least 3 publications as Asst. Professor & First author).

• Age at most 50 years (may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates).

• Academic/experience and age requirements may be relaxed for candidates with MPhil/PhD and/or technical certification (CISM, CBAP, CITP, CPSM, CSCP etc)

• Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, and conduct theoretical and tutorial classes.

• Deliver lectures as per the academic calendar.

• Supervise project work, assignments, internships, dissertations, or theses.

• Assist students with academic issues.

• Prepare questions, invigilate tests and exams, and grade scripts.

• Conduct independent research and publish findings.

• Organize workshops, seminars, and conventions.

• Advise student clubs and co-curricular activities.

• Provide continuous student counselling.

• Any other tasks assigned by the authority.

Salary: Grade 4 (As per AIBA Salary Policy compatible to govt. salary grade). Candidates with Ph.D will be eligible for an qualification allowance (additional) of BDT 10,000 per month.
