∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes.
∎ Assist students in understanding admission requirements and help them select suitable academic programmes based on their qualifications and interests.Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students' academic and career aspirations.
∎ Stay updated on visa regulations, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities for various countries.Support students in preparing documents, such as application forms, SOPs, recommendation letters, and financial statements.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with international universities and institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
∎ Address students' concerns and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the admission and visa process.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.Keep records of students' progress and follow up regularly to ensure their needs are met.
