Job Circular: Student Counselor & Visa Documentation Officer

We are hiring 3 dedicated team members for our company to support student counseling and visa document preparation services.

Position:

Student Counselor & Visa Documentation Officer

Vacancy: 3

Job Responsibilities:

* Counsel students regarding international study opportunities

* Guide students through university application procedures

* Prepare and review visa-related documents

* Assist clients with SOP, CV, application forms, and embassy requirements

* Maintain communication with students and parents

* Follow up on application and visa processing updates

* Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time

Requirements:

* Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Good communication skills in Bangla and English

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

* Experience in student consultancy or visa processing will be an advantage

* Smart, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
