∎ Bachelors/Masters in Marketing from any reputed university; BBA/MBA is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, display advertising, social media and blogs)
∎ Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
∎ Conduct intensive research to gain an in-depth understanding of all buyer personas
∎ Conduct extensive research on the topic trends and consumer's thoughts
∎ Manage AdWords and other paid channels
∎ Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
∎ Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
∎ Monitor SEO/SEM, client's marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
∎ Craft out content pillars and sub-pillars
∎ Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
∎ Keep up-to-date with target audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
∎ Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
∎ Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
∎ Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
∎ Plan on the editorial calendar and maintain it by setting realistic content production and publishing deadlines
∎ Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, results and ensure brand consistency
∎ Stay abreast with digital technologies developments
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years (in Digital Marketing Strategy formulation; Preferably in Digital Marketing
∎ Agency)
∎ Good understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Thought-leadership and the capability to drive the strategy and content development exercises
∎ Proven track record in formulating strategic plans with substantial results
∎ Proficiency in developing pitch deck
∎ The ability to make complex subjects understandable
∎ Experience in content management system, relevant media platforms and keyword research tools, SEO & SEM
∎ Strong multitasking & analytical skills
