Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline of Humanities/Business Studies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Master's Degree in English as well as English Medium background. Minimum CGPA/GPA should be at least 4 out of 5 / 3 out of 4 at every stage of education.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all aspects of Vice Chancellor's diary, including the effective organization of travel, meetings, committees and events involving the Vice Chancellor.
∎ To manage the Vice Chancellor's internal and external communications in a timely and appropriate fashion.
∎ To organize events associated with the Vice Chancellor and handling visitors to his office, internal and external.
∎ To work outside normal office hours from time to time.
∎ To work on any other official assignment as the Vice Chancellor may instruct.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral & written).
∎ Good computer skills in writing report/presentation in word, excel and powerpoint.
∎ Good communication skills using Gmail for email correspondence.
∎ An ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ S/he should be self-driven, self-starter and have ability to work independently.
∎ S/he should possess professional outlook and capacity to adapt himself/herself with a new environment.
∎ S/he should have strong mindset to take new initiatives/challenges.
