Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
∎ Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
∎ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
∎ Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide support during examinations.
∎ Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
∎ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
∎ Participate in continuous professional development and training.
∎ Uphold the hospital’s standards for patient care and safety.
∎ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
∎ Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and students as needed.
