Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide support during examinations.
Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Uphold the hospital’s standards for patient care and safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and students as needed.
