Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Accounts and Store
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and VAT, Accounts and Store, Accounts Payable Receivable, Accounts Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Invoices
∎ To check all collections from cashier and deposit to bank afterwards.
∎ To check the bills and process for payments.
∎ To check the flow of Stock in and Stock out and reconcile with sales and purchase book.
∎ Monitoring Credit Card sales and keeping the records in system.
∎ Preparing Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Preparing monthly and yearly report.
∎ To visit and keep monitoring the outlet and report to the Management.
∎ Monitoring all purchase and ensure Tax & VAT compliance
∎ Preparation of VAT return for outlet and submit to VAT office.
∎ To count Stock in regular basis and advising for slow and old stock.
∎ To reconcile monthly report with Head Office.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have to be experienced in the similar industries.
