Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education counseling, visa processing, or immigration consultancy
Must have hands-on experience counseling students for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and European Countries.
Guide students in selecting countries, universities, and academic programs
Manage international admissions through university online portals
Review and prepare visa documentation according to updated embassy requirements
Conduct mock interviews and assist students with visa interview preparation
Create video content and conduct live sessions on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) about studying abroad
Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with the admission, documentation, and digital marketing teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
