Responsibilities & Context:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education counseling, visa processing, or immigration consultancy

• Must have hands-on experience counseling students for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and European Countries.

• Guide students in selecting countries, universities, and academic programs

• Manage international admissions through university online portals

• Review and prepare visa documentation according to updated embassy requirements

• Conduct mock interviews and assist students with visa interview preparation

• Create video content and conduct live sessions on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) about studying abroad

• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups

• Coordinate with the admission, documentation, and digital marketing teams

• Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
