∎ Experience in accounts & Audit related reporting.
∎ Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
∎ Proficiency in accounting management systems.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure·
∎ Must have experience in TALLY / ERP software.
∎ Ability to accept positive changes.
∎ Experience in accounts & Audit related reporting.
∎ Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
∎ Proficiency in accounting management systems.

∎ Must have experience in TALLY / ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent has to prepare the audited financial accounts including all relevant documents.
∎ Has to prepare, analysis and interpret financial statements for the for the concern enterprises/factories.
∎ Preparing the statements for annual Tax audit and Tax return files.
∎ Reconciling monthly all bank accounts, inter-company & solve the discrepancy issues.
∎ Calculate & deduct TDS & VDS as per rules from vendor’s bill.
∎ Preparing for hearing documents or any other documents required by the Tax Authority.
∎ Prepare and update Tax & VAT related data in M.S Excel.
∎ Working proactively to avoid any financial penalties/charges to a company that may result from the failure of Legal documents that related with TAX and VAT, and late submission of VAT/Tax, etc.
∎ Must have skills in local VAT, Tax practices & maintaining good relationships with respective tax/VAT zone.
∎ Submitting monthly Tax & VAT statements to respective Tax & VAT Zones per the prescribed format of NBR.
∎ To manage all VAT & Income Tax related queries and filings in the right manner.
