Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Candidate having CA (CC) from a reputed firm or CMA (partly qualified) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Business English, Tally Software, Very good in MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts ledger/ cash memo, bill book, invoice, stock and sales registers, cash & bank transaction, received & payment statement.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.
∎ Ensure monthly report on grants, sales proceeds, donations, loans and income tax deductions.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT / Tax at source from the suppliers and service providers.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth in TALLY Software operation.
∎ Good command in Business English.
∎ Good computer skill in MS Office.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill and capacity of running the account department independently.
