∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Two Years Tally Software using Experience (Mandatory).
∎ Candidates should have pleasant personality with strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Good writing skills in English for a range of purposes and audiences.
∎ Computer proficiency is mandatory (i.e Advance user of MS Excel & MS Words and Power Points).
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of Daily Bank Balance, Liability position of the Group.
∎ Ensure all Bank transactions are entered into Software on every day end and reconciliation with Bank statement.
∎ Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and half yearly loan repayment schedule and budget for repayment.
∎ Preparation of monthly budget and analyze the budget with actual.
∎ Monitor of Insurance & Credit Rating company for renewal before expire date.
∎ Make party payment through BEFTN, Batch RTGS & FT (Same Bank) and Cheque payment.
∎ Computation of Bank interest of all kind of loan and reconcile Quarterly with Bank statement.
∎ LC & FTT related work as an intermediary with Bank and commercial department.
∎ Other activities as and when required by Management.
