Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all customer risk policies and procedures
∎ Utilize customer data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies
∎ Keep tracking outstanding debts
∎ Plan course of action to recover owed money
∎ Locate and contact debtors
∎ Update account status and database regularly
∎ Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
∎ Handle customers’ questions or complaints
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
∎ Build trust with debtors
∎ Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
∎ Other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 year(s) practical experience in related field of work.
∎ Knowledge of relevant legal requirement
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
∎ Good negotiation and persuasion skills
∎ Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
∎ Team player
∎ Good time-management skills
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills
