Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business discipline.
  • Professional degree/certification (part qualified CA CC, CMA, ACCA Applied Skills) will be an added advantage.

  • Candidates should have 3 to 5 years experience in Accounts/Finance (preferably in garments industry) as a Senior Officer and 5 to 7 years relevant experience with team supervision exposure as an Assistant Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS/IAS.
  • Sound understanding of VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g.,Tally).
  • Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:

Mondol Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytically strong Accounts & Finance professional to support the corporate financial operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit manufacturing environment.

  • Proper understanding of journal entry.

  • Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) as per company policy which is aligned with IAS/IFRS.

  • Perform bank reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of all financial entries.

  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements including supplier payments.

  • Monitor, analyze budget variances, and prepare budget as per management format.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making of senior management.

  • Work with TALLY/ ERP/Accounting software to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
