Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitoring & Recording all transaction like Collection Voucher, payment voucher, journal voucher, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ • Ensure timely collection, Payment and fund transfer posting in ERP Software.
∎ • Reconcile bank accounts with the accounts receivable ledger.
∎ • Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in ERP software.
∎ • Dealing with Bank and other financial institute for cheque encashment, cheque cash deposit, pay order, utility bill payment etc.
∎ • Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
∎ • Ensuring that Tax and VAT are deducted properly and deposited into Govt. treasury on time.
∎ • Preparation of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Sales & Collection Report.
∎ • Provide necessary information to the Management as needed.
∎ • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 45 years
∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software.
∎ should have experience in Manufacturing Company.
∎ Working in ERP software is mandatory.
