Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ CA Course/Inter completed will be preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, Monthly and Annual Management Financial Statements.
∎ Lead a team of internal auditors to enhance the performance of the Audit department.
∎ Ensure proper audit reports with necessary observations and recommendations based on findings.
∎ Make plans and guide the Audit team to investigate various issues in an effective way.
∎ Checking all kinds of financial documents / vouchers of pre and past payment.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports and submit final report to the management.
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ TAX accounts prepare and TAX return submissions.
∎ Handle Corporate & Employees Income Tax matter and keep liaison with Audit Firm.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 35 year(s) (Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (TALLY ERP9) and computer literacy.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge about Audit report writing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit & Tax related jobs.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
