  • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

  • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

  • Good knowledge & skills in MS word, MS power point, MS-Excel, Internet & Engineering related design & drawing software operate.

  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage & oversee the Maintenance of mechanical, electrical & Utility department of an entire plant containing Garments accessories/Trims.

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of Garments Accessory machinery and equipment used in the factory, such as specially carton ming wei, carton isawa & offset Printing Machine.

  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operating efficiently.

  • To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds of Garments accessories machinery & operating efficiently.

  • Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station Monthly/Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery problems to minimize downtime.

  • Implement necessary modifications to improve machine performance and productivity.

  • Conduct technical audits in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Ensure all machinery meets compliance requirements.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of machine parts and their functions.

  • Oversee the inventory and procurement of necessary machine parts.

  • Manage the maintenance workshop, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped to handle all maintenance tasks.

  • Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

  • Provide regular maintenance reports to management, highlighting issues, solutions, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unexpected breakdowns and extend the lifespan of machinery.

  • Lead and motivate the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.

  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are Implemented without compromising quality.

  • Do any other job assigned by the supervisor.
