• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Masters in Bank Management (MBM)

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.

• Prepare financial models to support business growth and investment decisions.

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS (or local GAAP) and company accounting policies.

Taxation & Compliance

• Oversee VAT, Tax, and other regulatory filings, ensuring full compliance with local laws.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage company cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and develop risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure optimum utilization of credit facilities.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and capability.

• Establish strong internal controls and SOPs for finance operations.

• Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
