Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management or Business Administration.
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ FCA).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance & Bank Operation, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, set up and implement operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company's Real Estate and Construction wing's financial management.
∎ Solving complex accounting issues or assists other personnel in solving financial issues.
∎ Supervises fixed assets, inventories, receivable, payable and general accounting function.
∎ Supervises financial statement preparation and timely reporting to concern authorities.
∎ Adopt different type of planning and time to time incorporate such to the financial statement.
∎ Submission of VAT and Tax return as per NBR rules and regulations for Real Estate and Construction sector.
∎ Reconciliation of transaction of Group of Companies.
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have at least 10 years experience in Real Estate and Construction Business.

Salary: Negotiable
