Job Responsibilities:
∎ Audit as per schedule in a different project of Knit Composite Working areas.
∎ Maintain working papers and files systematically.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill vouchers of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ Completing audit fieldwork according to establish a working schedule.
∎ Prepare working papers recording and summarizing audit procedures performed.
∎ Buyer & Garments order wise all costing sheet cheek, verify & Prepared Closing Repot.
∎ To check cash/ bank/ journal voucher, all L/C format cheek and verify.
∎ Market survey & quotation collection to verify all purchases requisition pre audit & Purchases bill post audit.
∎ Execute detailed audit procedures including review of transactions documents personal. Life records policies and processes.
∎ Prepares and analysis of audit data through computer-aided audit tools.
∎ Performing all reconciliation and analytical procedures.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ Review relevant security policies and procedures.
∎ Planning with cost control minimizes wastage increase productivity and efficiency.
∎ Setup Production capacity/turnover and check achievement with turnover & report the lacking achievement.
∎ Capable to find out the discrepancy of every dealings and record.
∎ Ability to face external auditor yearly.
∎ To monitor internal control system.
∎ To check inventory on regular basis.
∎ To follow up the whole process of work as it is functioning properly.
∎ Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process or system.
∎ Process Audit:
∎ Line costing- calculate every line wise daily profit and loss calculation based on (SMV, CM, FOB, CPM, Line target, Achievement, Manpower, OT, NPT & Efficiency etc. )
∎ Knitting Machine wise Costing- Based on Fabric types, DIA, gauge, feeder, SL, RPM, Working Hour, Shift, Fabric type wise knitting cost, NPT, Target and achievement.
∎ Dyeing Batch wise Costing- Fabric shade % wise, capacity, loading capacity, EBQ, RFT, loading & Unloading time, NPT, Dyes and chemical recipe cost, color and finishing process wise cost.
∎ Flat Bed Printing cost (AOP) - Fabric finishing process wise costing.
∎ Screen Print cost- Table wise daily profit and loss.
∎ Obtain analysis and evaluate accounting documents financial documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honesty & loyalty is a big preference here.
∎ Possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must have a good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
