Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Accounting or Finance with no 3rd class/equivalent to CGPA in academic records
∎ CA-CC/ACCA/CMA Partly qualified Candidates will be given Preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalizing the internal audit scope and develop audit plan of the company.
∎ Verification & audit of “Bank Reconciliation Statements” confirming monthly preparation by accounts department with accuracy.
∎ In-depth scrutiny of monthly sales collection confirming proper deposit & timeliness of sales revenue.
∎ Audit of Bank & Cash transactions ensuring proper compliance with local laws & regulations (i.e. TDS, VDS etc).
∎ Inspection of cash in hand balance including suspense accounts &
∎ Physical verification of inventory/stock at the project sites.
∎ Inspect the efficiency, effectiveness, acceptability & security of the accounting software.
∎ Physical verification of Fixed Assets & Equipment (Head Office & Projects) ensuring proper control in place.
∎ Field Visit to different projects for audit purposes (Financial & Inventory Inspection)
∎ Scrutiny of Imprest A/c for Project Expenditures.
∎ Maintain audit working papers with evidences & file accordingly.
∎ Submit audit reports in proper format (Internal Audit & Inspection) in due time.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge in TaIIy Software, MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the internal audit area in reputed organization.
∎ This Auditor shall have the hands on experience in the process audit viz. Sales, Legal, Purchase, Inventory, Supplier / Contractors Payment etc.
∎ He should have knowledge in sorting ‘SOP’ of the Company’s different operations
