Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue for the service center.
∎ Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate organizations, fleet managers, ride-hailing companies, and car owners.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to pitch service packages to potential clients.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly business targets set by the company.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.
∎ Leverage digital marketing and social media to attract new customers.
