∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Data Analysis, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Report Writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine/Regular Job:
∎ Work closely with head of departments and business units/SBUs.
∎ Distribute tasks as assigned by Top Management and get feedback.
∎ Take updates on operational activities from unit/business heads as and when required.
∎ Track, monitor and control operational efficiency measures and update management periodically.
∎ Review, investigate and scrutinize concerning issues put forward by the top management.
∎ Review both Operational & Financial data and information of SBUs to identify performance gap.
∎ Analyze product and business portfolio and suggest deviations.
∎ Create operational KPIs and data driven modes to track performance and raise questions where applicable.
∎ Review both Operational & Financial data and information of SBUs to identify performance gap.
∎ Develop Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and process to assess credibility of operation.
∎ Conduct Economic and Market analysis, update database, suggest way forward and determine acceptable risk levels of business from macro level.
