Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and execute all mechanical activities in the Project.
∎ Carry out routine schedule mechanical work.
∎ Supervision of Mechanic, Technicians in the projects.
∎ Monitor and control the activities of MEP Sub-contractors.
∎ Monitoring of installation of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Elevator, STP-WTP and swimming pool items as per MEP consultants requirements.
∎ Attending the weekly site meeting with Project Management Consultant and sub-contractors.
∎ Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
∎ Ensure the safety of the project site.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to understand any kind of mechanical design, machine design and drawing for installation and Erection for any machine and equipment
∎ Sound knowledge in BNBC.
∎ The candidate must have experience in the Real Estate sector.
∎ Adequate skills in the MS office and Auto cad.
∎ Ability of work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
