∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) report & coordinate with RSC, Nirapon and other buyer related organizations.
∎ Structural design and drawings preparation of RCC multistoried factory building.
∎ Structural design and drawings preparation steel structures.
∎ Structural design and drawings preparation of residential building.
∎ Coordination with BEPZA & CDA for drawings approval.
∎ To deal with all kind of structural audit conducted by RSC at RMG factories of Pacific Jeans Group.
∎ Check all kind of structural documents and analysis files provided by consultant firm/contractors for construction work.
∎ Communicate with structural consultants for all kind of structural related issues.
∎ Design coordination with architects for all kind of construction work.
∎ Perform & prepare Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI) report for all factories of Pacific Jeans Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Need to have working experience with RSC, Nirapon etc.
