Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the project planning & scheduling.
∎ Updating the schedule according to work progress & report to department head.
∎ Supervised & managed the structure & finishing works (Façade, Cladding, Tiles, aluminum, wood, paint, interior works etc.)
∎ Preparation work program (daily, weekly & monthly) & updating the same and reporting.
∎ Co-ordination with consultant for drawings & decisions.
∎ Co-ordination in billing & contracting work with SCM, ARA with construction head and vendors.
∎ Ability to handle Local Problems at construction projects.
∎ Inform and updating the site team time to time regarding the drawings / decisions / specifications
∎ Regular Compliance / checking of site work according to drawings / specification / methodology.
∎ Preparation of Work Methodology, Safe work procedure & Risk analysis.
∎ Quality control & quality assurance at the work progress.
∎ Material Requisition Certify.
∎ Materials quality check & test.
∎ Liaising with MEP engineers to ensure the sequence of works to achieve the target.
∎ To prepare the schedule & re-schedule as per site requirement & environmental condition.
∎ Submit daily progress report.
∎ Follow-up, local vendors, foreign vendors, commercial dept., SCM & ARA to confirm the materials supply as per project requirement and specification.
∎ Monitor & control the method of statement, safe work procedure, risk analysis and quality works of Civil, ID finishes & façade works as per master schedule.
∎ Finalize the technical specification for vendor evaluation as per Marriott standard.
∎ Follow-up the vendors work order, certify the bill as per site progress & co-ordination of SCM, ARA & A/C for release payment of Civil, ID finishes & façade in time.
∎ Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction.
∎ Quantifying materials required for work execution and raise requisition.
∎ Liaising closely with other engineers like Structural Designer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, including Architects to reach agreement about safe design, aesthetic concept and specifications.
∎ Identify deliverables, milestones.
∎ Organizing the project team to perform the work.
∎ Closely work with project team to solve all the activity barriers.
∎ Brainstorm the upcoming project activity to make necessary arrangement.
∎ Proactive manner to avoid delay of projects.
∎ Ensure safety of all project activities.

∎ Should have Positive attitude & devoted to hard work.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
