Computer Operator, Data Entry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales order process to ERP/Oracle Software
∎ Insert customer account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on ERP or other sales order related software;
∎ Fast Typing speed (Minimum 40).
∎ Well communication & Interpersonal skills
∎ Quick learning capacity
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain the discipline.
