∎ Age 26 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage all VAT & TAX-related activities, including the maintenance of all relevant VAT & TAX Books of Accounts for a mosquito coil manufacturing company.
∎ Ensure accurate VAT & TAX Deduction at Source (VDS) as per applicable laws.
∎ Maintain close liaison with VAT & TAX circle offices, divisional offices, Head Office, as well as VAT Inspectors, Superintendents, Deputy Commissioners (DCs), and other concerned personnel.
∎ Handle VAT & TAX audits conducted by government and other relevant authorities, including drafting of audit replies and explanations.
∎ Ensure full compliance with the VAT & SD Act 2012 and Income Tax Act 2023, along with all relevant rules and regulations.
∎ Oversee the accurate preparation and timely submission of online VAT & TAX returns.
∎ Conduct internal audits of VAT & TAX records and coordinate submission with the respective authorities.
∎ Possess hands-on experience with VAT & TAX management software, including NBR-approved platforms.
∎ Monitor and implement compliance measures in accordance with VAT & SD Act 2012 and Income Tax Act 2023.
∎ Administer appeal processes and represent the company at tribunals and other appellate authorities.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak 9.1) along with other necessary documents such as Mushak 4.3, 6.3, 6.4, 6.6, and 6.10 as required by the VAT & SD Act 2012 and Rules 2016. Maintain all relevant records using NBR-approved VAT software and Microsoft Excel.
