Job Context:
∎ Kalyar Replica Ltd. (Sister Concern of ACME Group) a leading & fast-growing printing & packaging company, is looking for the right person in the following position to fulfill the requirements of its dynamic team.
∎ Job Location : Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and check financial documents from suppliers, customers, and employees on regular basis.
∎ Reconcile Intercompany Accounts on a Weekly and Monthly basis & report accordingly.
∎ Work on all kinds of party advance adjustment & report accordingly.
∎ Maintain Company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash, and fund flow statement, stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Losses account.
∎ Arrange all required documentation regarding bank loans and other official requirements.
∎ Monitor Cash, IOU position, and factory advance.
∎ Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
∎ Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
∎ Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
∎ Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
