Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the internal team by maintaining regular contact with both
∎ Work with your team to devise daily deliverables/campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget
∎ Check the status of each client’s projects and make sure they are completed properly according to their deadlines
∎ Review and present concepts/designs/content/copy to the clients for approval
∎ Communicate the client’s feedback to the backend team and discuss the next step forward
∎ Present (alongside internal colleagues) the campaign ideas and budget to the client & present creative work to clients for approval or modification
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
∎ Contact each client at regular intervals to discuss current and upcoming projects
∎ Manage all incoming enquiries and outgoing pitches
∎ Ensuring timely invoicing and payment schedules with clients across projects
∎ Identify new opportunities of association with clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Working long hours when needed, especially with tight deadlines
∎ Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects well
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize
∎ Good logical reasoning skills
∎ Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging times
∎ Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
∎ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Presentation, Excel)
∎ Ability to offer excellent customer service
∎ Project Management skill
