∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
∎ Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop business strategies.
∎ Arrange meetings, presentations, and finalize deals with target clients.
∎ Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
∎ Promote the company’s brand and services effectively.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and management to drive business growth.
∎ Develop strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
∎ Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to secure profitable business deals.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize service offerings.
∎ Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
∎ Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and networking.
