Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 to 8 years Commercial/ Residential space sales experience in real estate sector or Engineering Service Sales.
∎ Proven working experience as Engineering Consultancy & Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Sales Expert.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Hard working and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Minimum IT knowledge (MS office, Internet / email).
∎ If any candidates have motorbike, he will be more preferable.
∎ Collect competitors’ necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Keep regular communication and information updates on market, competitors, product and pricing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven track of successful sales record.
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly client visit plan.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door-to-door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Collect the required documents from customer.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Conveyance or T/ A: at actual (Only selling/ official purpose), Mobile and bill
