At least 1 to 5 years Commercial/ Residential space sales experience in real estate sector or Engineering service sales.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
If any candidates have motorbike, he will be more preferable.
Plan, design, and run social media promotions and advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on ROI and key metrics.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and blog posts.
Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals and promotional materials.
Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews.
Plan and execute paid campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital tools.
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Manage and optimize social media campaigns.
Generate qualified leads through digital platforms and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
We are looking for a talented and target-oriented Sr. Executive/ Asst Manager (Digital Sales & Marketing) who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns as well as driving sales growth. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both digital marketing and sales operations.
Social Media Management, Analytics & Reporting, Content Creation
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly client visit plan.
Find Prospective Client by door-to-door field visit.
Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
Maintain and update customer database.
Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
