Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared all kinds of Bills vouchers.
∎ To maintain general accounts (petty cash, bank, daily expense bills voucher, and journal posting)
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial vouchers.
∎ Make sure that payments, amounts and records are correct.
∎ Maintain cash and bank transactions including receipts and payments
∎ Make cash projection & available cash in office for the smooth operation of day to day activities.
∎ Check and verify the sales invoice and bills.
∎ Monitoring & checking of all types of expenditure.
∎ Candidate must have to experience accounting software, (Tally, ERP Software etc.)
∎ Check & ensure justification of all procurement bills, vouchers & ensure the best price is fixed.
∎ Communicate with the bank and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Must have the knowledge in VAT & Tax rules (preferring the practical experience at least 2/3 years)
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities according to high professional and ethical standard.
∎ Prepare the bank reconciliation statement
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office, ERP software, VAT & Tax related practical experience, ( preferable of CMA partly qualified/CA (CC from reputed firms)
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
