Job Context:
∎ Currently we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for managing HR, Billing & Accounts for our projects anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and outside.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ACCOUNTABILITY:
∎ Financial
∎ ACTIVITY:
∎ Plan and coordinate with the project manager for overall issues to ensure the project completion within timeline
∎ Maintain project expenditure as per budget
∎ Follow up the progress of bill submission based on works completed
∎ Ensure the imported items based on project timeline
∎ Recording the day to day transactions
∎ Making voucher (Income & Expenditure statement, R&P Statement, Debit, Credit, Journal Voucher, Conveyance Voucher)
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet & disburse salary
∎ Reconcile advance against project between cost center and head office accounts
∎ Cost control as per project budget
∎ Deduct tax and VAT from supplier's bill and deposit to govt
∎ Maintain different register (assets) as per company policy
∎ Liaison with corporate/unit finance time to time for update
∎ Review contract documents for financial details to assist project manager
∎ Liaise with project staff to improve understanding of financial terms/outcomes
∎ Provide internal and external auditors with information required for audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of HR/Admin, Accounts & Finance Department.
∎ Ability to prepare Financial Statements and present it in a meaningful format.
∎ Ability to prepare Business Plan & Project Profile and present it to the management
∎ Familiar with internal control requirements at different environment, business policies and procedures and other applicable regulatory requirements.
∎ Ability to individual and company tax return fill up as per Income Tax Law.
