Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalizing the internal audit scope and developing an audit plan for the company.
∎ Verification & audit of "Bank Reconciliation Statements" confirming monthly preparation by the accounts department with accuracy.
∎ In-depth scrutiny of monthly sales collection confirming proper deposit & timeliness of sales revenue.
∎ Audit Bank & Cash transactions ensuring proper compliance with local laws & regulations (i.e. TDS, VDS, etc).
∎ Inspection of cash in hand balance including suspense accounts & sorting of Physical verification of Fixed Assets & Equipment (Head Office & Projects) ensuring proper control is in place.
∎ Field Visit to different projects for audit purposes (Financial & Inventory
∎ Inspection)
∎ Scrutiny of Imprest A/c for Project Expenditures.
∎ Maintain audit working papers with pieces of evidence & file accordingly.
∎ Monthly report in proper format (Internal Audit & Inspection) in due time.
∎ Hands-on experience in the Audit function.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally/Troyee), MS Office (especially MS Excel) Accounts, Cash Management,
∎ Strong communication and management skills with desired computer literacy.
∎ Candidates having advanced knowledge of LC/Import will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
