Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures Online Travel Agency(OTA) Channel strategy is implemented
∎ Complies with agreed guidelines for OTA account & finance management
∎ Develops and maintains long term strategic relationships with our OTA partners
∎ Monitors global activity, parity and competitiveness as well as ensures up-to-date market intelligence to best position Flyer Travel Express Limited in the online trade channel
∎ Follows up on utilization of ticketing funds
∎ Prepares an account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long term mutual benefits for both local, global partners and Network Sales
∎ Follows and reports on channel relevant industry information and keep up to date with industry trends at all times
∎ Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
∎ Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
∎ Producing long-term financial plans with the help of senior management
∎ Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
∎ Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
∎ Managing budgets query
∎ Developing and managing financial systems/models
∎ Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Males are specially encouraged to apply
∎ More than 2 years.
∎ The applicants should have clear knowledge in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, Online Reservation
∎ Priorities will be given who have certifications from NHTTI, Galileo, AMS, BIM, AIUB or any Excel Based training certification course.
∎ Should have experience in use of Amadeus Accounts Management Software (CashX) in case of accounts related work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Care, Customer Service, Reservation, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, Visa Processing, Accounts (Travel/Tour/Airlines related)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ GSA, Hotel, Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Airlines, Airport, Call Centre
