∎ Promote products to the medical professionals
∎ Achievement of volume objective
∎ Validation of Doctor and Chemist list
∎ Vacant territory management
∎ Monitoring field activities of team
∎ Suggestion, addition, deletion and restructuring of territory
∎ On the job training of MPO
∎ Should have analytical skills & “Can Do” attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy
∎ Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum 2 years working experience as an Area manager at any reputed pharmaceuticals company
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Adequate computer skill
