Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to improve spoken English skills.
∎ 2. Conduct interactive sessions to practice speaking, pronunciation, and fluency.
∎ 3. Assess students' spoken English proficiency through tests and assignments.
∎ 4. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their speaking abilities.
∎ 5. Update teaching materials and methodologies to reflect best practices.
∎ 6. Encourage and motivate students to participate in class discussions.
∎ 7. Prepare and deliver individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs.
∎ 8. Class Room Management
∎ 9. Monitor and document students' progress and provide Daily Reports. Patience and the ability to engage students in learning.
