- Minimum 10 years of experience in NBFI/Bank, at least 3 years of direct in Recovery and Legal operations.
- Strong understanding of default asset recovery processes, legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Age: Not exceeding 45 years as of 30 June 2025.
- Age may be relaxed for-well experienced candidates for all post/positions.

Primarily, the company received license from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) to act as a Merchant Bank in 1998. Subsequently obtained license from Bangladesh Bank in 2001 as a first-generation Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI). The company is listed with Dhaka & Chittagong Stock Exchanges. It is also involved with capital market of the country through its subsidiary: FAS Capital Management Limited.
